From Frustration with SaaS Bloat to WordPress Leadership

In 2021, our team was running multiple high-volume WooCommerce stores and enterprise WordPress sites. Every CRM on the market suffered from the same flaws: sluggish page reloads, skyrocketing per-contact fees, and closed databases that locked our customer records behind proprietary walls.

We set out to build the CRM we wished existed: an ultra-fast, single-page application powered by React 19 and Redux Toolkit, integrated directly into WordPress using isolated SQL tables that never drag down your storefront.
